Sometimes a client will come to me thinking they need a completely new brand designing, this is not always the case.
When the owners of The Cheshire Yeoman public house approached me, it was to spruce up their menus so they had a consistent look and feel. They loved the green they had been using but felt it wasn't being used to it's full potential.
I realised that recognition is key with restaurants, if it's in a building that's something a bit different, then it's definitely worth showing that off, that's where the illustration came in!
They loved it and we tweak it according to the season, even adding the tree for the Christmas menu!
They have since taken over another pub, The Montgomery and commissioned another illustration of that.
